झारखण्ड कौशल विकास मिशन सोसाइटी दवरा संचालित दीन दयाल कौशल केंद्र के अंतर्गत, रांची सिक्योरिटी प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के प्रशिक्षण केंद्र श्रीधर ज्ञान संस्थान, मरदा, गुमला में पंडित दीन दयाल उपाध्याय जी के जयंती के अवसर पर सरकार के विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा २ अक्टूबर तक आयोजित कार्यक्रम को जारी रखते हुए, सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन २६ सितम्बर २०१९ को किया गया

In this Camp Dr. Harsh Kumar (ENT Specialist) was present and attend approx 300 patients. Free Check-ups (BP, Pulse, Random Sugar, Ear, Nose and Throat) done and free Medicine were distributed in camp.

गुमला में रांची सिक्योरिटी द्वारा झारखंड कौशल विकाश मिशन से संचालित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय कौशल केंद्र में कौशल मेला का आयोजन किया गया , कौशल विकाश से लाभान्वित हुए युवाओं के इस मेले में कुल 115 युवक एवं युवतियों के चयन देश के नामी सुरक्षा कंपनीओं में हुआ, साथ ही साथ प्रशिक्षण पूरा किये युवाओं को प्रमाण पत्र का भी वितरण किया गया।

LMIS Roundtable at Ranchi

The 4^th Roundtable was held at Ranchi on 22^ndnd April at Hotel Chanakya. A total of 25 participants, comprising of Principal Security Agencies, Training providers and principal employers took part. Introduction and welcome by CAPSI CHAPTER HEAD Anirudha Singh followed by Col. Rathore‟s remarks and understanding of the LMIS and then the Presentation by Loknath Acharya. Issues regarding skill gaps, manpower problem, lack of migration due to the quality of guards, wage issue, adopt new ways to motivate the security guards. Issues following the PSARA guidelines, how to provide a career for the security guards instead of just creating a job for them, Seasonal Occupancy for the LMIS System were discussed. It was a huge success.

63 Lady Security Guards Trained Under Star Scheme At Ranchi

On April 22, 2014, 63 Lady Security Guards of Ranchi Security Pvt. Ltd.(RSPL), mostly belonging to tribal community and backward district of Gumla, Jharkhand passed out in Ranchi after completing their training under STAR Scheme of NSDC. The salute of an impressive passing out parade was taken by Col(Retd.) Sangram Mohapatra.

RSPL is delighted to inform that BID Group One(BID), a Global consulting firm, has hand picked RSPL to recieve the 2014 International Arch of Europe(IAE) Award.The award will be presented in Frankfurt, Germany at the annual International Arch of Europe Convention on the 12th and 13th of April 2014. Award criteria are based on concepts of Total Quality Management, such as the Balanced Scorecard, Growth and Competitive Advantage Theory.
